Shipping Policy

All artworks are processed within 2-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your payment confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped. 

Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping fees are your responsibility, the price is estimated depending on your delivery location.

For customers located in United States, Australia or New Zealand, you should receive your artwork within 7-20 business days.

For customers located in the Asia Pacific, Europe and Arabian Peninsula you will receive your artwork within 5-15 business days.

For customers located in the rest of the world, you will receive your artwork within 12-30 business days.

Important Information for International Customers

Your order may also be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Güneş Çağlarcan is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within a month of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@gunescaglarcan.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
